TATE SEDAR Reinvents Kx5’s "Eat Sleep" with a Bold Tech-House/Techno Fusion

TATE SEDAR has stirred attention this year, first with his electropop track "Our Goodbye" and later with his widely shared remix of John Summit & Hayla’s "Shiver." Now, he’s set his sights on Kx5’s “Eat Sleep,” weaving together tech-house, techno, and complextro in a remix that’s bound to hit both underground venues and dance floors. His distinctive technique unites modern electronic with early genre influences - often dubbed post-EDM - delivering a blend that’s both refreshing and nostalgic.

The remix, which SEDAR teased during his set at Academy LA, quickly won over the crowd, particularly with its moody breakdown. The track’s fusion of electric piano and punchy drops adds a unique flavor. SEDAR’s rendition takes listeners on a ride, with its intricate chord progressions and techno elements building to a powerful, rhythmic peak. The remix doesn’t just pay tribute to the original but pushes it further.

With years of experience rooted in techno, eurodance, and trance, TATE’s early inspirations clearly shape his work today. Though the competition has passed, this remix shines on its own, now primed for release, bringing vibrant, floor-filling energy.
